What we collect

When you sign in with Google we store your email address, name, profile picture and Google account identifier. We never store passwords. For your clinic we store the details you enter: clinic name, dentist, phone, email, country and, optionally, address.

How we use it

Only to identify you, to know which cases belong to you, to contact you about your cases and to keep access logs for security.

Case files

The CT and scans you upload are used only to design your guide and are kept in encrypted storage. DICOM files can contain the patient’s name, so please anonymize them before uploading when possible.

Retention

Your original files (CT, intraoral scans, photos and references) are deleted automatically 21 days after the case is completed or canceled. The case page shows the scheduled deletion date. If a case needs the files longer, for example for a re-operation, the designer can extend or keep them, and this is shown on the case page as well.

Designs, final files, the case form (prescription and clinic details) and the activity history are kept so guides can be reprinted and records of the work are preserved.

You stay signed in for up to 14 days. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account details together with your case files.
